As a Leadership Studies minor, I have done tremendous amounts of coursework to better understand myself as a person as well as a team player. I have taken a variety of tests such as the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and Enneagram Personality Test to gain further insight into exactly who I am.

Chapman's Leadership program has enabled me to study my results as well as gain legitimate experience working with people whose results varied from my own. I am confident that I understand and am more than capable of working with any diverse group of people.
